BAGUIO CITY – A 40-year old welder was arrested by combined police operatives and antinarcotics agents after having found in her possession suspected shabu during the implementation of a search warrant inside her residence at First road, Upper Quezon Hill, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, city Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested drug pusher as Joy Batara Culasing, 40, married, welder at First Road, Quezon Hill Proper, Baguio City.
Confiscated from the drug pusher by the operating troops by virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Mia Joy Cawed of the Regional trial Court (RTC) Branch 61 in Baguio City were of two (2) plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing more or less 7.2 grams including the 2 plastic sachet container with an estimated street value of P36,000.00.
The arrested drug suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the BCPO Station No. 1 headquarters for documentation pending the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the city prosecutor’s office.
