Tricycle driver arrested for frustrated murder in Bangui

PILAR, Abra  – A 36-year old taxi driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents during the service of his warrant of arrest for the crime of frustrated murder in his residence at Poblacion here Monday shortly before lunch.

Senior Superintendent Antonio Bartolome, provincial director of the Abra Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Flor Sallacup Ravina, 46, single, Tricycle Driver and a resident of Zone 3, Poblacion , Pilar, Abra.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Jose C. Pilar of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 19 in Bagui, Ilocos Norte for the crime of frustrated murder with a recommended bail bond of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.

The arrested wanted person was brought to the Pilar Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the appropriate disposition of the case filed against him.
