Teenager arrested for frustrated homicide in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY July 04 – An 18-year old teenager was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for frustrated homicide in his residence at Purok 5, Lower Quirino Hill, here, Monday.

Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested the arrested individual as Christian Abenoja Garbo, 18, at Naguillian La Union, single, un-employed and a resident Purok 5, Lower Quirino Hill, Baguio City.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 in Baguio City for frustrated homicide with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.

The arrested wanted person was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
