Tabuk’s No. 1 wanted person arrested in Paracelis

PARACELIS, Mountain Province  – The No. 1 to most wanted person in Tabuk City, Kalinga was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for attempted rape in his hideout at Guilom, Bunot, here, Thursday.

Senior Superintendent Cornelio Comila, officer-in-charge of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Henry Garay Javier, of legal age, a resident of Guilom, Bunt, Paracelis, Mountain Province.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for attempted rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.

The arrested wanted person was subsequently brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
