Tabuk’s No. 1 wanted person arrested in Ifugao

TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The city’s No. 1 wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for frustrated homicide in his residence at barangay Lawit, Lamut, Ifugao, Tuesday.

Senior Superintendent Victor Wanchakan, officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the top most wanted person as Joven Corpuz Patac, 46, married, farmer, and a resident of Brgy Lawig, Lamut, Ifugao.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for frustrated homicide with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.

The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Lamut Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
