MP’s No. 6 wanted person falls in Paracelis

PARACELIS, Mountain Province – The province’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Botigue, here, Wednesday.

            Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Quirino Gunsay Domingo, 24, married, driver, resident of Butigue, Paracelis, Mountain Province.

            He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.

            The arrested wanted person was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
