PARACELIS, Mountain Province – The No. 1 top most wanted person in the province was arrested by combined police operatives during the service of his warrant of arrest for frustrated homicide in his residence at Bunot, here Monday.
Senior Superintendent David Peredo, officer-in-charge of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the province’s arrested top most wanted person as Jaime Puyao Sr., 56, married, farmer, native and resident of Bunot Paracelis Mt. Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Artemio Marrero of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 for the crime of frustrated homicide with a recommended bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
