BAGUIO CITY – A high school student was injured after he was stabbed by a fellow high school student along Badihoy Street, Guisad Surong, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), decline to provide the identities of both the victim and the suspect considering that they are minors and for their own protection.
Initial police investigation showed the victim, together with a companion, had a misunderstanding that resulted to the exchange of harsh words.
At this juncture, the victim attacked the suspect and punched him several times but the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim several times hitting him in the different parts of his body.
The victim was immediately rushed to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for medical treatment while the suspect is now the subject of a manhunt operation.
