BAGUIO CITY – A 44-year old massage therapist was injured after he was stabbed by three knife-wielding suspects inside his boarding house at Paraan St., Victoria village, here, Wednesday night.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police office (BCPO), identified the victim as Renato Daileg De Guzman, married, 44, massage therapist and a resident of Paraan Street, Victoria Village, Baguio City while he named the possible suspects as “Denden,” of legal age; a certain Marvin, Jeffrey A.K.A “Bunso” and Cecille, all residents of Victoria Village.
Initial police investigation showed that the suspects knocked on the gate of the victim’s boarding house that prompted him to open the same and inquired from them on what they needed from him.
At the said juncture, the suspects aided each other in allegedly stabbing the victim and immediately fled towards an undisclosed direction.
The victim was rushed by concerned residents to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for medical treatment where he is now confined while the suspects are now the subject of a manhunt operation by responding police operatives for them to answer for the crime they committed.
