Lepanto Elementary School receives handwashing facility w/ canopy and water reservoir on Friday, April 23, 2021, led by the Rotary Club of Metro Baguio.
The turn over ceremony was attended by President Jerry A. Chan, PP Lyman Salvador, Dir/Sec Olay, Rtn Grace Casuga, Rachelle, PP Fely Ronquillo, PE Mina Piel and PP Elma as-il, School Principal Abdon C. Costian and teachers of Lepanto Elementary School.
The handwashing facility w/ water reservoir was supported by the Rotary International District 3790 grant through District Governor Jess Sama and the installation of canopy for the handwashing facility was sponsored by Rtn Ervin Guerlan.
“Access to sanitation facilities is essential for effective prevention and control of diseases, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic”, RCMB President Jerry A. Chan said.
It is time that health is again, one of the most important thing we should invest in. One effective way in doing this is simply following proper handwashing to halt the spread of infection. By: FE A. CAMODAG
