La Trinidad’s No. 9 wanted person arrested

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet April 18 – The town’s No. 9 top most wanted person facing estafa charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents inside the public market at Km. 5, Pico, here, Monday

Senior Superintendent Florante Camuyot, officer-in-charge of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Mrs. Elvie Lestino Vicente, 35, married, caregiver and a native of Buguias, Benguet.

She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Ivan Kim Morales, assisting judge of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 8 for estafa through falsification of public documents with a recommended bail bond of P40,000 for her temporary liberty.

The arrested person was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against her.
