LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – The town’s No. 2 drug personality was hurt after he was fired upon by still unidentified suspects at sitio Toyong, Pico, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Florante Camuyot, officer-in-charge of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the wounded drug personality as Parson Maximo Gayudan, 24, 3rd year college student, native of Bangao, Buguias, Benguet and a resident at No. 91 Cresencia Village, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim was driving his vehicle and traversing the place of incident when he was fired upon by still unidentified gun-wielding suspects who positioned themselves along the road.
The suspects were able to flee from the crime scene while the victim was rushed to the Benguet General Hospital a (BeGH) for initial medical treatment before being transferred to a Baguio-based hospital.
