BANAUE, Ifugao – The province’s No. 6 top most wanted person facing homicide charges voluntarily surrendered to the local police force here Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Constancio Chinayog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the surrenderee as Kremlin Pagalla Damuon, 19, single, out-of-school youth, and a resident of Balawis, Banaue, Ifugao.
He was accompanied by Balawis punong barangay Bernard Dulnuan when he surrendered to the elements of the Banaue Municipal Police Station.
The wanted individual has a standing warrant of arrested for homicide issued by Judge Romeo U. Habiling of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 in Lagawe, Ifugao with a still undetermined bail for his temporary liberty.
He was subjected to documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
