CAMP BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – 16 wanted persons, 4 of whom are listed as Ten Most Wanted Persons (TMWP), were arrested over the week as Police Regional Office Cordillera (PROCOR) step up its anti-criminality campaign and accounting of wanted criminals.
Ifugao’s no. 5 TMWP for the 1st quarter of 2018 identified as Senando Bannog, 35, a resident of Poitan, Banaue, Ifugao was arrested at the Multipurpose Hall, 513rd Engineers Contraction Brigade, Camp Melchor F dela Cruz, Brgy Suyong, Echague, Isabela on August 7, 2018, after he surrendered to the personnel of 513 ECB and 502nd Infantry Brigade. He was charged for a crime of Homicide issued by Judge Ester L Flor of RTC Branch 34, Banaue Ifugao with no bail recommended.
Likewise, the no. 9 TMWP of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) identified as Archie Agamas Culhi, 37, miner and a resident of Baguio City was nabbed at Hydro, Nangalisan, Tuba, Benguet on August 7, 2018. He was charged for the crime of Robbery issued by Judge Glenda T. Ortiz-Soriano, Presiding Judge of MTCC, First Judicial Region, Branch 2, Baguio City with a recommended bail of Php 36,000.00.
In the municipal level, Joseph Catian Cadoy, 58, listed as No. 1 TMWP most wanted person of Bangued MPS was arrested in his residence at Barangay Poblacion East, Pidigan, Abra on August 10, 2018. He was charged for the crime of Murder issued by Judge Corpus B. Alzate of RTC Br 1, Bangued, Abra.
Completing the list of 4 TMWPs is John Ang-Ayan Sakiwat a.k.a. “Milio”, 53, construction worker and No. 1 TMWP of Dinapigue MPS who was arrested in his residence at Purok 7, Bakakeng Norte/Sur, Baguio City on August 8, 2018. He was charged for the crime of Rape issued by Judge Cresencio I. Maliwat, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Second Judicial Region Branch 21, Santiago City, Isabela with no recommended bail bond.
A total of 12 other wanted persons were arrested region wide for various crimes for the period August 7 – 13, 2018.
