TUBA, Benguet – A 15-year old truck helper died after he fell from the back of a truck and was rammed over by the same vehicle in the sharp curve along Marcos highway at sitio Bayacasn, Taloy Sur, here, Sunday afternoon.

Police authorities identified the fatality as a certain John Mark, 15, single, truck helper and a resident of Loakan, Baguio city.

Initial police investigation showed that the victim and his companions rode on the back of the elf truck driven by Mark John Aten-an Alba, 20, single, driver, native and resident of Sitio Bayacsan, Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet and that he was said to be under the influence of liquor and kept waiving his two hands in the air.
