STOP-Local officials of Bakun, Benguet led by Mayor Bill Raymundo and Vice Mayor Edward Buscol serve the Stoppage of Operation Order to the Hedcor, Inc. in its three hydropower plants operating in their area.The memorandum of agreement (MOA) between the company and Bakun expired after 25 years of operation but Mayor Raymundo is not closing the door for negotiation with the company for a new MOA for the operation of the power plants.
