The conduct of VINSET 2.0  is one way of retooling teachers’ capacity in coping with the new normal needs for continuous learning by applying all the different modality platforms away from the traditional face-to-face tradition in the old system. This outlines the new format in online activity lesson among learners through synchronous (Microsoft team, Google meet, Zoom), asynchronous (Module, TV viewing, Radio Listening) and bichronous learning (Facebook, You Tube, ETULAY tutorial sessions).

The other features of the training program in modernizing the system on the part of the teachers includes the following: Open educational resources; Proper etiquette in sending email and copy right; Wisdom behind Grammarly; Utilization of Canva; Techniques and delivery in conducting virtual classes; Creative teaching and teaching creativity for distance; Troubleshooting equipment  and digital awareness; PowerPoint plugins in Microsoft windows; Microsoft 365;Professional development; Using Minecraft education; Photo editing and digital banner; Basic motion graphics; Internet awesome; Google educators and professional development  program; Positive discipline and psychological first aid; Cyberbullying; Reorientation for school property custodian and IT coordinators; DepEd learning management system; Mental health amidst pandemic; Digital illustration using krita for book and video development; and Music production using note flight for  instructional video development.

To ensure the positive results of the VINSET 2.0, participants need to pass all the exit quizzes in every topic throughout the duration of the training from day 1 to day 5. Random questions taken from the week’s training were given to every participant before finally being awarded the digital Certificate of Recognition. By Eugene B. Patinglag
