BAGUIO CITY – A 32-year old cook was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged estafa in his residence at San Luis village, here, Wednesday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Conrado Boado Toriaga, 32, married, cook, native and a resident of San Luis Village, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Danilo P. Camacho of the Regional trial Court (RTC) Branch 62 in La Trinidad for estafa with a recommended bail of P80,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
