The Cordillera Basic Sectors Transport Cooperative (CBSTC) are now training their Drivers and Operators that started on May 24, 2019. This was attended by the Department of Transportation (DOTr-CAR) represented by LTO Head Officer Santiago Lohan, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA-CAR),Toyota-Baguio, Isuzu-Baguio and other partner agencies.
CBSTC Secretary General and the Official Spokesperson Rex A. Bayangan said that, this is just the beginning of the training of our Drivers and Operators since we have to prepare them for the Fleet Management under the PUV Modernization Program of our Beloved President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, remember this is one of his program that is why we are willing to help in the implementation in our Beloved Region.
This Driving Lesson 101 helps a lot, kumbaga sabi nga ng Chairman namin na “Are We Prepared to manage 1000 units of Van, taxi or jeep?” So that is the question, hindi naman po bastabasta ang pag manage ng mga fleet na yan kaya that is the very reason why we have to undergo with this training, Bayangan Added.
Secretary General Rex Bayangan also added that we have already our first batch who passed during the TESDA assessment for us to be Accredited.
