Businesswoman arrested for estafa cases

BAGUIO CITY – The No. 7 top most wanted person of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 7 was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on numerous warrants of arrest issued by various courts in the city for estafa and violation of the bouncing check law at the BOC building, MIA Road, Pasay City, Monday.

Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, BCPO acting city director, identified the arrested wanted individual as  Vanessa Kalang-ad Peckley  alias Jane Louise Valencerina Balse, 36, single, businesswoman and presently residing at Sarasota 2, 8K Villamor Airbase, Pasay City.

            She was arrested by various warrants of arrest issued by the different courts in the city for estafa and violation of the provisions of Batas Pambansa Bldg. 22 or the Anti-Bouncing Check Law.

The arrested wanted individual was subsequently brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing courts for the proper disposition of the cases filed against her.
