Benguet’s No. 1 most wanted person arrested

BUGUIAS, Benguet – The province’s top most wanted person facing child abuse and two counts of qualified trafficking in persons based on separate warrants in her residence at Cotcot, here, Friday.

Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Lolly Tata-an, 49 years old, married, bar owner, a native and resident of Cotcot, Bangao, Buguias, Benguet.

She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Abatan for child abuse with a recommended bail of P100,000 for her temporary liberty and a separate warrants of arrest for two counts of qualified trafficking in persons with no bail recommended for her temporary liberty.

The arrested individual was brought to the Buguias Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the cases filed against her.
