BCPO Station 10’s top wanted person falls

BAGUIO CITY – The No. 10 top most wanted person of the Baguio city Police Office (BCPO) Station No. 10 was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents during the service of his warrant of arrest for estafa in his residence at Interior C. Balacbac, Sto. Tomas Proper, here Monday night.

Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, officer-in-charge of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested wanted individual as Albert Wesley Sayap , 51, separated, private miner, and a resident of No. 23 interior C- Balacbac Sto. Tomas proper Baguio City.

He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Leody M. Opolinto of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) Branch 3for estafa with a recommend bail of P20,000 for his temporary liberty.

He was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
