Ten public elementary and high schools in Baguio City will be recipients of toilet blocks, handwash facilities, and water tanks that will be donated and constructed by the Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands, in partnership with Shin-yangsan Rotary Club of the Republic of Korea.
This was formally launched last Friday with the signing of the memorandum of agreement by RCBH charter president Tom Panis and Baguio Schools Division Superintendent Marie Carolyn B. Verano.
The 4-million peso project, aimed in helping students maintain personal hygiene, will start on January 2020. The Baguio Schools Division will make the final list of schools among the 18 assessed by the Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands.
