BAGUIO CITY  – Another personnel of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) is now in hot water after he reportedly created trouble within the premises of the Kayang Hilltop barangay hall where the remains of the late barangay kagawad Victor Dimayo Solomon has been lying in estate awaiting the arrival of his wife from Qatar.

Sources said the policeman is reportedly assigned at BCPO Station No. 9 and was said to have attended the wake of the late kagawad Tuesday night and was reportedly under the influence of liquor.

While attending the wake of the barangay kagawad who was stabbed last week at the O-shaped overpass, the drunk police officer started shouting at the people attending the wake and even went to the extent of turning the tables upside down forcing the mourners to leave the premises of the barangay hall before anything worst happens.

The erring police officer was pacified by responding colleagues and stands to face the initial charges of alarm and scandal while family members and relatives of the deceased kagawad and even barangay officials can file other charges against him.

Initially, the irresponsible police officer, admitted to his superiors that he was drunk at the time of the incident and that he was not aware of what he has done while attending the wake of the barangay official.

Earlier, two BCPO personnel were arrested after they were reportedly part of a 7-man group that allegedly gang raped a 26-year old waitress from May 23 to 27 in Tuding, Itogon, Benguet.
