Another 36 wanted persons nailed in PROCOR’s manhunt operations

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – In another week of operations against individuals with existing warrant of arrest, 36 personalities were collared by the different units of Police Regional Office Cordillera from June 13 to 19, 2021.

For the period covered, Abra PPO recorded the highest number of arrests with nine (9) arrested wanted persons, followed by Kalinga PPO with eight (8) arrests, Baguio CPO with six (6) arrests, Mountain Province and Benguet PPO with five (5) arrests each, Ifugao PPO with two arrests and Apayao PPO with one arrest.

Based on records from the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division (RIDMD), eight (8) of the arrested personalities were listed as Most Wanted Persons, of which, four (4) are listed in Provincial Level, two (2) in the Municipal Level and another two (2) in the Station Level.

In the Provincial Level, suspect Christopher A. Binoja, listed as No. 8, was arrested for the crime of Rape; while Julie Cudal Lapuz, was nabbed for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 or Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act; Aldous Ebero Gavina for Violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act; and Pablo Cabarrubias Paringit aka “Ambong” for Frustrated Murder, all three listed as No. 10 Most Wanted Persons in different provinces.

In the Municipal Level, Roberto Torqueza Panday listed as No. 2, was arrested for the crime of Incestuous Rape while Teodoro Banawag Pallogan, listed as No. 10 MWP, was nabbed for Violation of RA 8294 or Illegal Possession of Firearm.

Meanwhile, in the Station Level, suspect Jackie Castillo Raga, listed as No. 5 MWP, was arrested for Violation of RA 10175 or Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 while in a separate operation, suspect Sean Allen Quimson Castillo listed as No. 8 MWP, was collared for Violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
