For the 6th week of the continuous police operation covering February 7 to 13, 2021, PROCOR cops arrested 35 wanted persons, of which 8 were listed as Most Wanted Persons (MWP).
Topping with most number of arrest is Baguio City Police Office (CPO) with the arrests of 12 wanted persons, followed by Benguet PPO with 7 arrests, Ifugao with 5 arrests, Abra PPO and Apayao PPO with 4 arrests each, Kalinga PPO with 2 arrests and Mountain Province with one arrest.
In Benguet, by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Rape, one Jerry Cosendo Pinder, listed as No. 8 in Regional Level was arrested by the operatives of La Trinidad MPS. While in a separate operation, listed as no. 1 in Municipal Level, the operatives of Itogon MPS arrested one Diana Rose Collado Sotero, for the crime of Violation of RA 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
In Abra, the operatives of Peňarubia MPS arrested one Reymundo Basinga Gonzales “aka” Rey who is listed as No 1 in Municipal Level for the crime of Statutory Rape.
In Ifugao, with no bail recommended for the crime of Malversation, Gregorio Naces Evangelista who is listed as No. 2 in Municipal Level was arrested by the operatives of Lagawe MPS.
In Kalinga PPO, with no bail recommended for the crime of Rape, Arnold Wai-il Bag-ayan, listed as No. 1 in City Level was arrested by the operatives of Tabuk CPS.
In Baguio CPO, Legarda Police Station (PS5) arrested is the No. 8 in City Level, Brittch Chumacog Almasan, for the crime of Illegal Recruitment and Estafa (Article 315 of RPC as amended by PD 1689-Swindling).
Further, operatives of Loakan Police Station (PS4) arrested Stepeh Ricalde Sitiar “aka” Stephen Ricalde Sitiar for violating RA 7610 and Nellie Logaspi David for the crime of Estafa, both are listed as No. 4 in station level (PROCOR RPIO)
