8,137 to take licensure exam for teachers on March 29

BAGUIO CITY – The Professional Regulation Commission – Baguio Regional Office (PRC-BRO) released the examination centers for the upcoming March 29, 2015 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) where some 8,137 examinees are expected to take the said exam in the city.

Teofilo Gaius Sison, PRC-BRO regional director, said there are 5,122 examinees who will be taking the licensure examination in the secondary level where some 3,015 examinees are set to take the examination for the elementary level.

For the elementary level, the examination centers are the Baguio Central School, Baguio Central University – Bonifacion Campus, Easter College, Inc., Lucban Elementary School, Josefa Carino Elementary School, Quezon Elementary School, Rizal Elementary School and Rizal National High School.

For the secondary level, the examination centers are Baguio Central University – Magsaysay Campus, Baguio City National High School, Colegio National, Inc., Mabini Elementary School, Pines City Colleges, Pines City National High School and University of the Cordilliras.

Sison said all examinees must report to their respective examination centers before 6:30 am of March 29.

He added examinees can bring with them food, flashlights and extra clothing as they deem necessary.

Sison Appealed to all the examinees and examination personnel to uphold the integrity of the examination.

According to him, room assignments of the examinees are now posted at the BRO website, http//prcbaguio.blogspot.com.

Further, the program of the examination and non-programmable calculators to be used during the examination are also posted in the aforesaid website for reference of the examinees.

In case an examinee’s name is not included, misspelled, or there are discrepancies in the date of birth, school and campus in the list, Sison advised concerned examinees to immediately call telephone number 074-304-3180 or email prcbaguio.application@gmail.com in order for the concerned personnel to effect the necessary corrections to the agency’s database.
