51 benefit from PNP medical mission

CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – Fifty one dependents of police personnel in the region benefitted from the implementation of the “Take A Look Inside My Heart” program of the Regional Health Service of the Police Regional Office – Cordillera held here recently.

The Regional Health Service in coordination with the Philippine Heart Association Northern Luzon Chapter, led by Dr. Ray Pasigon Aswat, the chapter coordinator conducted a free consultation, screening tests on Fasting Blood Sugar, Cholesterol and ECG and lecture on “Controlling Risks of Cardiovascular Diseases” of which 33 PNP personnel and 18 Dependents availed of the said program.

All PNP personnel, Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP’s), PNP dependents are encouraged to avail of the said program that is designed to promote their overall well-being through enhancing their physical and mental skills and to prevent and control illnesses of disease. This is also to help individual lessen from financial problems.
