BAGUIO CITY – Five persons were arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in their possession alleged illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a pot session inside a house at Purok 3, Gariela Silang, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested drug users as Jerald Plaza Toraja, 25, single, painter and a resident of Middle Rock Quarry, Baguio City; Mark Anthony Juvinal Bie, 28, single, painter, a resident of Purok 3 Gabriela Silang, Baguio City; Oscar Serrano Ronquillo, 27, painter, a resident of Purok 3, Gabriela Silang, Baguio City; Jeffrey Toraja Guron, 23, single, painter, a resident of Purok 2 Gabriela Silang, Baguio City; and Angelo Barcil Serrano, 32, married, construction worker, a resident of Purok 3 Gabriela Silang, Baguio City.
Confiscated from the possession of the arrested drug users by the operating troops were One transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing crystalline substance suspected to be shabu marked as FQC1 8-9-16 and signature written on the attached masking tape, One transparent heat sealed plastic sachet containing crystalline substance suspected to be shabu marked as FQC2 8-9-16 and signature written on the attached masking tape, Two piece empty transparent plastic sachet with remnants of suspected shabu, one scissor; one violet lighter with Torch original markings; one white lighter; one white lighter; one improvised tooter (black rubber); one empty vial (bottle); one rolled silver foil of methamphetamine hydrochloride; one rolled silver foil with suspected traces of methamphetamine hydrochloride; one black Samsung duos; one star mobile B205 black and blue in color; one my phone cellphone, yellow and black in color; one Samsung cellphone, black in color; one nokia E71 cellphone, black in color; one smart phone (GIONEE); one 50 peso bill; one 20 peso bill; one 20 peso bill and one 20 peso bill.
The arrested drug users were brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against them before the city prosecutor’s office.
