2 arrested for illegal drugs in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY  – Two suspected drug pushers were arrested by conbined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in their possession alleged illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation along Brent Road, here, recently.

Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested drug pushers as Jackson Viray Amandy31 years old, single, jobless, native of Penged, Nangalisan, Tuba, Benguet and residing at Paraan St., Upper Victoria Village, Quezon Hill, Baguio City and Karen Joy Mahigom Tolentino, 23 years old, waitress, native of Carlis, Iloilo, and presently residing at Lolit Residence, Navy Base, Baguio City.

Confiscated from the possession of the arrest6ed individuals by the operating troops were one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.45 gram’, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.26 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.33 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.31 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.44 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.35 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 0.39 gram, one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu weighing more or less 1.02 gram, one piece one Nikita Lollipop Colored pink, one piece one Unit Smart phone colored blue, one piece one Unit Lenovo cell phone colored White, one piece one Unit Samsung Duos cell phone colored black & White and one piece one thousand peso.

The arrested individuals and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against them before the city prosecutor’s office.
