An elated Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan welcomed the news and lauded the accomplishments of the Summer Capital’s athletes and coaches who not only brought honor to themselves and their families but the entire city of Baguio as well.
He also congratulated Abra’s officialdom for the successful and peaceful conduct of the annual regional athletic competitions.
